  Jaylin was extremely helpful with helping with the best of his ability to troubleshoot my phone. Within 30 mins in, he gave me a special promotion to get me a new phone without me having to put any additional money down to upgrade. Great services and I suggest anyone to come to this store.   The sales guy was very knowledgeable and had a very good personality. He thoroughly explained how the promotion on the free phone worked and was able to walk out 2 great phones that day. I think his name was Moises. Very good guy. The wait time wasn't too long either. When I had sprint I'd wait a while before someone came to me but here the guy was rolling the ball as soon as I walked in. He made the porting process and everything real easy. Great store and great staff.

  I came in to pay my bill and I was immediately acknowledged by a young man name Jaylin. He was very processional and he explained questions that I had about my bill. We were able to get my phone bill lowered and I walked out with a new phone. Awesome services.
